    Great spot right near the QFC on Broadway (which makes for very easy parking)! I came with my boyfriend for a late dinner on Friday night and were seated right away. We got to have our pick in seating, and I wanted to sit next to the festive Christmas tree :) I ordered the classic burger, with caramelized onions instead of raw. My vegetarian boyfriend got the Broadway with an Impossible patty substitute. He didn't read the menu carefully enough, and didn't realize there was prosciutto until the burger arrived. Our waitress was super nice and the kitchen remade the burger for him, even though it was his mistake! Both burgers were juicy and delicious. The fries tasted kinda like McDonald's fries, which some might argue is a good thing because McDonald's has the best fast food fries ever (in my completely unbiased opinion). However, I wasn't really looking for a fast food fry taste that day, so it was only okay. I liked that the ketchup and mustard only had natural ingredients, and definitely tasted better than normal Heinz.

    Great service and food I stopped by with a small group (four people) around 8:15 pm on a Saturday. We were seated quickly (not too many other people inside the restaurant at this time) and got to ordering. The staff were really responsive but not rude and did not make us feel rushed. We ordered a few sides for the table: truffle garlic fries, sweet potato tots, and Mac and cheese. The max and cheese tasted like thanksgiving... it was weird I wasn't expecting cinnamon flavoring. It wasn't bad though! Just not what I expected. The tots were good too, though a little sweeter than I thought. I got the olive burger and was really excited about it. It was super filling! Thought sadly the bottom bun got really soggy from everything on it and it started to fall apart about half way through eating it. The picked veggies on the side were a nice touch. The shining star of the meal for me was perhaps the PBJ shake that I got. Maybe it was due to being out hiking all day I just needed something sweet but for whatever reason this was so much more satisfying than the rest of the food for me.

    8oz is pretty much my go to when I'm craving an artisanal style burger. I've been coming here for years and they consistently produce a high quality burger with each visit. I prefer coming here during their happy hour because they have a great $15 burger and fries meal deal featuring their signature 8oz burger. It's pretty rare these days when burgers come with fries, so I personally think it's a really good bang for your buck. The 8oz is crafted really well. The patty is generally well seasoned, juicy, and cooked perfectly to medium rare (my preference) it sits high on a perfectly baked brioche bun and topped with bacon, balsamic onions, beecher's cheese, and slathered with truffle aioli. Fries can be a hit or miss, sometimes they're salty, cold, or old, but when they're fresh, they are ELITE. I've tried other some of their other offerings before, but you can never go wrong with their signature burger.

    It was great! Stopped in a little after 9pm and they had a burger and fries on a late night happy hour menu for 13 bucks! Hard to beat it really. It was a very good burger. Juicy and cooked to perfection and lots of gooey delicious cheese. Well toasted bun and some good crunchy veggies. Small portion of fries, which is perfect if you have lack of carb control when I do when I meet a crispy hot fry! Some great beers on tap too. Bartender was great. He really took the time to talk about the menu items and even though his night was winding down he seemed eager to make sure I had a good meal and a great experience.
